The school organised a three-day workshop on ‘Safe Touch vs Unsafe Touch’ for students. The sessions were conducted by school counsellor Tannu Kapila, and special educator Pardeep Kaur. During the workshop, children were educated about the concepts of safe and unsafe touch through storytelling techniques and videos. The sessions proved to be engaging and informative, as children actively participated by asking insightful questions, such as, “How do we protect ourselves from people we know?” and “If someone accidentally touches our private parts while playing, is that considered a bad touch?” The interactive approach of the workshop ensured that the children left with a better understanding of personal safety and boundaries.
