The school organised a thought-provoking open discussion on ‘Gender Sensitisation’ with students of classes XI and XII. The primary objective of the session was to raise awareness about the importance of gender-sensitive behaviour among young individuals and to cultivate egalitarian values that promote gender equality. During the discussion, students delved into various topics, including the impact of societal norms and expectations on gender roles, the influence of media on perpetuating gender stereotypes, strategies for challenging and deconstructing these stereotypes to create a more inclusive environment.
