AKSIPS-45 Smart School, Chandigarh

As part of the nationwide initiative, Swachhata Pakhwada, the school observed various cleanliness and hygiene-related activities aimed at fostering awareness among students of Pre-Primary to Class XII. Key activities included Swachhata Pledge, Handwash Day, Swachhata Awareness Day focusing on cleaning school corridors, classrooms, reception area and other common spaces. Students also participated in community outreach activities, green school drive and an essay writing and painting competitions. The best entries from the essay writing and painting competitions were exhibited and the winners were awarded certificates. Principal Pamila Kaur said the school remains committed to instilling the values of cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental responsibility in all its students.
