To celebrate Mental Health Month, students of the school organised an informative stall during the parent-teacher meeting. The stall aimed to raise awareness about mental health, featuring vibrant posters and interactive sessions. Class XI and XII students — Pranjal, Satreet, Simran, Lavanya, and Krishka — engaged visitors in discussions, quizzes and memory games. They shared practical tips for mental well-being, such as balanced diets, exercise, and mindfulness, and introduced activities like Mandala painting and stress-relief exercises. The initiative received positive feedback, with Principal Pamila Kaur praising the students for promoting open conversations about mental health.
