AKSIPS-45 Smart School, Chandigarh, celebrates Vanmahotsav

The school celebrated Vanmahotsav with active participation from all students and staff. The event aimed to promote awareness about the importance of trees and environmental conservation. During a week-long celebration, a special morning assembly was organised, highlighting the significance of Vanmahotsav wherein students of Class VIII delivered speeches and a motivational poem followed by a tree plantation drive on the school campus. Students from classes I to X took part in planting saplings with their mothers. Students also participated in various eco-friendly activities, such as poster making, slogan writing and awareness campaigns. A special green pledge wall was created on the school campus wherein all staff members participated to promote environmental sustainability.
