AKSIPS-45 Smart School, Chandigarh, Principal Pamila Kaur and the Eco Club in-charge Megha Sabharwal have been honoured with the State-Level Eco Club Excellence Award by the UT Chief Secretary in the award ceremony organised by State Department of Environment and Forests. The award recognised their exceptional leadership and commitment towards environmental education and sustainable practices through the school’s Sadabahar Eco Club. Under their guidance, the club initiated several impactful programmes, such as campus greening, waste segregation, rainwater harvesting and community outreach for environmental awareness. School Director Dr Jasmine Kalra congratulated both principal and teacher on their remarkable achievement and reaffirmed their dedication to continue the efforts for a sustainable environment.
