The school celebrated International Yoga Day. The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being among students through the ancient practice of yoga. Dr Rupinder Kaur, a renowned yoga instructor led the virtual yoga session, guiding students and parents through various yoga poses and breathing techniques. Students from classes III to VIII actively participated in the virtual session, showcasing their enthusiasm for yoga and wellness. Associate Director Parnika Singh and Principal Rajminder Kaur Jaitla emphasised the significance of yoga in today’s fast-paced world and encouraged students to incorporate yoga into their daily routine to achieve physical, mental and spiritual balance.
