Amolak Public School, celebrated Karwa Chauth. A large number of parents attended the event, actively participating and making it a memorable occasion for all. The celebration began with beautiful mehndi decorations and intricate designs. The parents had their mehndi applied by the students themselves, including Ananya, Shagunpreet, Prabhsirat, Mannat, Akshita, Riya, Priyosi, and Satninder, all students of Class X, and Luxmi of Class VIII. The students were guided and supported throughout the activity by their teacher. Their active participation made the experience even more personal and enjoyable for the parents. This was followed by cultural discussions and engaging dialogues, highlighting the significance of Karwa Chauth, its traditions, and the importance of family values. To add more fun, interactive games and activities were organised for both parents and children, creating an atmosphere full of energy, excitement, and enjoyment. School Director Mansi Ghai, along with Principal Manish Sondhi, welcomed the parents and spoke about the festival’s importance and the value of preserving family traditions.
