Annual Athletic Meet organised

Two-day Annual Athletic Meet started at MGN Public School, Adarsh Nagar, celebrating enthusiasm and zeal of the students. Principal Kanwaljeet Singh Randhawa inaugurated the event by hoisting the school flag and declared the meet open by releasing balloons. March past by the four school houses, NCC cadets and the school band marked the beginning followed by heart-throbbing Zumba and taekwondo performances by the students. The Principal honoured the national-level sports achievers with medals. He highlighted the importance of physical fitness and sports in life and encouraged the students to actively participate in sports as it not only helps to improve physical fitness, but also improves focus. Sangeeta Bhatia (Academic Coordinator-cum-Headmistress), Sukham (In-charge Pre Primary Wing), Inderpreet Kaur (CBSE Coordinator), Satwinder Singh (Coordinator, Secondary Wing), Nidhi Diwan and Pooja Bahri (Coordinators Senior Secondary Wing) were also present at the event.
