The school conducted its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for the academic session 2024-25. The event was held to felicitate students who excelled in academics, demonstrated exemplary discipline and regularity and showcased outstanding talent in sports and art education. The ceremony also honoured the dedication and consistency of students who maintained 100% attendance throughout the year. Outstanding achievers who brought laurels to the school in various inter-school sports competitions and artistic arenas, such as dance, music and visual arts, were also recognised for their commendable contributions. Principal Anisha Ghuman congratulated the awardees and reaffirmed the commitment to fostering a holistic learning environment where every child is encouraged to shine.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
