Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar
Rabia Gupta, a student of Class VIII, Bhav Aggarwal, student of Class VI, and Drishti Aggarwal, student of Class VIII, of the school, won medals in the Kheda Watan Punjab Dia District Kickboxing Tournament. Rabia competed in the -42 kg category for U-14 girls and won gold medal, Bhav Aggarwal won gold medal in the -47 kg weight category of U-14 boys and Drishti won bronze medal in the -50 kg weight category for U-17 girls. Principal Sangeeta Nistandra congratulated the students and their coach Yadwinder Gupta for their outstanding achievements.
