The school has established a new Eco Club to sensitise the children to save Mother Nature. A plantation drive was also organised by the club on the occasion under the slogan #Plant4Mother. Mission LiFE is a global initiative put forth by Prime Minister Modi promoting mindful resource utilisation for protection/conservation of the environment that Eco Clubs for Mission LiFE aim to propagate. The students planted saplings by their mother’s name and Eco Club in charge Kaluram (social science teacher) made the volunteer take an oath to protect the saplings. Principal Dinesh Kumar said in order to implement the NEP-2020 in letter and spirit, it is important to engage students across all stages in meaningful and age-appropriate environment friendly activities.
