The IT Club of Goodwill International School, Dhadiala Natt, Gurdaspur, organised an awareness programme on ‘Cyber Security’ during the morning assembly. The event aimed to spread awareness about the importance of online safety and responsible use of the Internet. Sukhjit Kaur, Patron of the IT Club, enlightened the students about the benefits and drawbacks of the Internet, emphasising the need for mindful and secure digital practices. Harsirat Kaur from Class IX delivered an informative speech on ‘Cyber Security’, highlighting various measures to stay safe in the digital world. A quiz competition was also held on the day. In the exciting quiz round, Sahibzada Ajit Singh House showcased excellent knowledge and quick thinking, earning the title of “Quiz Star House”. Principal Amandeep Singh appreciated the efforts of the participants and shared valuable insights on the importance of Cyber Safety in today’s world. Director Principal Jasbinder Kaur congratulated the IT Club for organising such a well-planned and meaningful event and lauded the enthusiasm of all participants. The event instilled awareness among students about safe Internet usage and digital responsibility.
