The CCPCR Committee and Interact Club of the school organised an awareness session on the Child Marriage Restraint Act 1929, educating students about the legal and social implications of child marriages. The session was conducted by school counsellor Bharti and it aimed to empower students with knowledge and encourage them to become advocates for change. Following the session, Interact Club members, students and staff took a pledge to uphold the law and protect children’s rights, committing to contribute towards a society where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Principal Pamila Kaur emphasised the importance of such initiatives in fostering social awareness among students, enabling them to become responsible and informed citizens.
