PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, Jalandhar Cantt, 10-day "Bagless-day programme" was a huge success, offering students a unique opportunity to engage in creative, skill-based and experiential learning activities. By participating in hands-on sessions like cooking without fire, basic electrical work, fine arts and carpentry, students developed their creativity, teamwork and problem-solving skills. The programme's highlight was the visit to the CT Institute, Maqsudan, where students attended workshops on make-up techniques, cooking without fire and animation, led by experts who provided live demonstrations and guidance. Principal Honey Mehta appreciated the initiative, stating that it promotes creativity, self-reliance and skill-based education among students. Ravi Singh played a crucial role in coordinating the programme, guiding students with dedication and expertise. The programme concluded with a grand exhibition on parent-teacher meeting (PTM) day, where students showcased their projects, artworks and models. Parents and teachers praised the students' creativity, innovation and hard work, making the event a resounding success.
