A session on the topic, “Hapttitude”, was organised for the teachers of the school. The resource persons, Isha Mehta and Navneet Kaur, enlightened the participants on the significance of inner happiness and its role in leading a fulfilling life. They emphasised that inner happiness can be nurtured by effectively managing stress in every situation. The resource persons shared practical tips to keep the inner child alive, embrace positivity and cultivate beauty inside and out. Teachers were encouraged to reflect on their values, build emotional resilience and develop their unique inner strengths to lead a contented and balanced life. School Principal Dr Vandna Shahi highlighted the importance of such workshops in inspiring teachers to maintain harmony both at school and home. She underscored the need for mental balance and contentment as essential aspects of a happy and purposeful life.
