St Joseph's Sr Sec School, Chandigarh, has once again etched its name in the annals of eco-leadership by clinching the 'Best Eco Club Award 2024' at the Paudh Mela 2025 for the sixth consecutive year. This distinguished honour, conferred by the Department of Environment, UT Chandigarh, celebrates the outstanding contributions of the Green Saviours Eco Club, guided passionately by G Nithya and steered by the visionary leadership of Principal Monica Chawla. Students curated a vibrant, eco-conscious stall featuring handcrafted wonders like paintings, earrings, bookmarks and keyrings, showcasing student talent, creativity and love for the planet. The stall also offered edutainment through board games based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Principal said, "This recognition is not just a mark of excellence, but a reflection of our unwavering commitment to nurturing environmentally responsible and creatively empowered young minds. I am proud of my team and students for turning our green vision into a living legacy."
