Bhavan, Pkl, celebrates Raksha Bandhan

In a heartfelt tribute to the brave soldiers of our nation, Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula, in collaboration with the NGO Khaki Ki Rakhi, celebrated Raksha Bandhan with a deep sense of patriotism and gratitude. As part of this meaningful initiative, the NSS volunteers, along with the tiny tots of the school, lovingly handcrafted rakhis for the Indian armed forces —each one a symbol of respect, love and heartfelt appreciation. Accompanying every rakhi was a touching note penned by the students, expressing their admiration for the soldiers’ courage and unwavering commitment to the nation. These messages carried warm wishes and sincere gratitude, honouring the spirit and sacrifice of our real-life heroes. Principal Gulshan Kaur lauded the endeavour, stating, “It is heartening to see our young Bhavanites express such deep patriotic sentiments through their creative efforts. Initiatives like these not only instil values of gratitude and service but also strengthen the emotional connection between our youth and the armed forces.”
