A two-day capacity building programme on science secondary was organised at Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula. The programme aimed at strengthening innovative teaching practices and promoting experiential learning in science classrooms. The training sessions were conducted by resource persons Neetu Jhatta, Principal, Wishwood Cottage School and Shruti Dadhwal, PGT Chemistry, Vivek High School, Chand?garh, who gave valuable expertise and insights to attendees. Through demonstrations, hand-on activities and interactive discussions, they highlighted effective strategies to make scientific concepts more engaging and student-centric. Teachers from various schools actively participated and appreciated the practical approach of the programme. The sessions empowered educators with fresh methodologies that can be readily implemented in classrooms to enhance students' understanding and curiosity in science.
