The school welcomed the festive season with a heart-warming celebration, that brought together joy, creativity, and the true essence of Christmas. The day began with a special assembly featuring a melodious medley of Christmas carols, and a vibrant dance performance. To add to the festive fervour, classes I and II crafted heartfelt letters to Santa and created delightful Christmas props using origami. Classes III and IV showcased their culinary skills by preparing no-bake Christmas cakes, adding sweetness to the celebrations. Students of classes V and VI brought the nativity story to life by designing captivating scenes depicting the birth of Jesus. Classes VII to IX participated in “Photo with Caption”, an activity that encouraged them to capture and reflect on Christmas celebrations in their neighbourhoods. The pre-primary section was abuzz with excitement as Santa Claus made a special visit to classrooms, spreading cheer and delight among the little ones. The young learners also participated in festive activities, which included singing carols and enjoying the ‘Secret Santa’ game, where children exchanged gifts, adding an element of surprise and joy to the celebrations. In her concluding address, Principal Inderpreet Kaur urged everyone to embrace the true spirit of Christmas throughout the year by spreading joy, cheer, and kindness, especially to those less fortunate.
