The school hosted a comprehensive CBSE workshop on ‘Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies’ as part of its commitment to enhancing educational excellence. The primary objective of the workshop was to familiarise teachers with innovative educational strategies and methodologies to enhance the holistic development of students. The programme commenced with a welcome address by Headmistress of the school Anita Ranjan, followed by ceremonial lamp lighting amidst the recitation of ‘shlokas’. The training session was graced by two distinguished educators Sheetal Kharbanda and Shamee Thakur who shared valuable insights on designing effective learning outcomes, focusing on effective teaching practices and interactive classroom techniques. Teachers actively participated in discussions and engaging activities, ensuring their involvement in the learning process. Principal Gulshan Kaur emphasised the need to align teaching practises with the National Education Policy’s vision which focuses on competency based learning, integrating 21st century life skills, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving abilities ensuring that the students achieve the desired learning outcomes and become holistic, well rounded individuals. The school administration expressed heartfelt gratitude to the CBSE, resource persons, and the organising committee for their valuable contributions to the workshop’s success.
