Two resource persons Dhaneshwari Dubey and Neetu Jhatta received a warm welcome from Principal Narender Sharma and teachers. Principal Narender Sharma along with resource persons, inaugurated the workshop by lighting the sacred lamp. Both the resource persons apprised the teachers of new pedagogies and innovative teaching methods of biology. They told the teachers how they can achieve learning objectives through trigger activity for better learning outcomes. They encouraged the teachers to integrate teaching biology with music and yoga to make the learning enjoyable and interesting for the students. As many as 60 teachers from nearly 30 different esteemed schools from Panipat, Karnal, Kaithal, Yamunanagar, Ambala and Kurukshetra attended the workshop with keen interest and actively participated in all activities carried out during all the sessions. On the closing day of the workshop, Principal thanked both the resource persons and CBSE for organising such a valuable informative capacity building programme and urged the teachers to carry the information forward to their classrooms so that the gained knowledge could reach the learners helping them in learning biology.
