The school celebrated Baisakhi with immense joy and a vibrant display of talent and cultural appreciation. The day commenced with a special morning assembly that set a melodious tone for the celebrations. Students, adorned in colourful traditional attire, sang a beautiful Baisakhi song, filling the air with festive cheer and reflecting the rich cultural heritage of Punjab. Following the musical start, the assembly continued with a thought-provoking recitation of a poem on the significance and celebration of Baisakhi. The kindergarten students, added an extra dose of charm to the celebrations with a delightful fancy dress competition dressed as farmers, sunflowers, and other symbols associated with Baisakhi. The artistic talents of students from classes III to VIII were also on full display through a range of creative activities like kite making, ‘dholak’ making, poster making, etc. The event served as a wonderful platform to educate students about the cultural significance of Baisakhi.
