Blue Bird High School, Sector 16, Panchkula, hosts CBSE Capacity Building Programme
In a significant initiative to enhance teaching practices and students’ learning outcomes, the school hosted a one-day CBSE Capacity Building Programme on National Curriculum Framework for School Education 2023. The workshop aimed to familiarise the educators with updated approaches to teaching and learning, subject-wise curricular guidelines, cross-cutting themes, and strategies to promote holistic development and quality education. CBSE resource persons Suman Singh and Khamoshi Kakkar delivered interactive sessions, providing participants with in-depth insights into the NCF’s key tenets, including competency-based learning, interdisciplinary approaches, and assessment methodologies. Through a carefully curated programme, participants shared experiences and established professional networks. The workshop empowered educators with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create high-quality learning environments that foster academic excellence and holistic development.
