The Science Department, guided by Jatinder Singh Sahi and Mandeep Singh, organised an educational visit for 100 students from classes IX to XII to the Verka Milk Plant in Ludhiana. Students explored the journey of milk from farm to table. They learnt about pasteurisation, sterilisation and tetra packing technologies, which ensure product quality and safety. The visit was educational for all. Chairman Ranjeet Singh Cheema, Director Navreet Kaur Cheema and Principal M A Saify appreciated the warm hospitality and informative experience provided by the Verka team.
