The school organised a workshop on mental health aimed at equipping students with essential skills to manage stress and enhance their emotional well-being. The session was conducted by Dr Vibha Goel, MBBS, MD, a renowned consultant psychiatrist from Ivy Hospital, who specialises in adolescent mental health and stress management. During the session, Dr Goel provided expert insights on identifying mental health challenges, managing anxiety and adopting a positive mindset in daily life. She emphasized the importance of self-care, emotional resilience and that seeking help is a must when needed. Special focus was given to Class X students. Understanding that exam stress can impact performance and overall well-being, Dr Goel shared scientifically proven techniques like mindfulness and meditation exercises to stay focused and to help reduce anxiety. The session was highly engaging, with students actively participating in discussions, asking questions and sharing their concerns.
