The junior students of the school celebrated their Annual Sports Day. The event was held on the school’s spacious playground, where students showcased their athletic and artistic talents. The day began with an inaugural address by president Manav Singla, followed by a warm welcome ceremony, ‘Swagtam’, setting a vibrant tone for the activities ahead. A mesmerising ‘Peacock and Butterfly Dance’ captivated the audience, beautifully portraying the grace and splendour of these magnificent creatures. This was followed by a thrilling lazium and dumbbell drill, which energised the atmosphere and earned cheers from the enthusiastic parents. Students demonstrated their speed, skill, and agility in skating and various races, leaving the spectators in awe. The highlight of the event was a delightful puppet show that brought smiles to everyone’s faces, coupled with a high-energy bhangra performance that had the crowd clapping along. While distributing prizes to the winners, president Manav Singla said regular involvement in sports and physical activity is one of the best ways to promote health and fitness among the students. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Manav Singla.
