Cadets participate in NCC Health Run

The NCC cadets of Saint Soldier International School, Sector 28-B, Chandigarh, participated in the NCC Health Run 2025 held at Sukhna Lake Sports Complex, Chandigarh. The event, themed ‘Race Against Drugs,’ was organised by the NCC Group HQ Chandigarh in coordination with the UT Administration. The run was flagged off in the presence of Gulab Chand Kataria, Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT Chandigarh, who graced the occasion as the chief guest. The event witnessed remarkable participation from NCC cadets, students and youth from various institutions, all joining hands to spread the message of healthy living and a drug-free society. The cadets of the school displayed exceptional enthusiasm and commitment as they took part in both the 5 km and 10 km categories of the run. School Principal Anisha Ghuman, appreciated the commendable participation of the cadets and expressed that such events play a vital role in channelizing youth energy in a positive direction while instilling values of discipline, fitness and social responsibility.
