The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday ordered a 20 per cent reduction in tuition fees in all non-government aided schools in West Bengal during the coronavirus pandemic.
The order by a division bench came on a Public Interest Litigation filed by a guardians’ forum of 145 educational institutions. The High Court directed private schools not to charge fees under the non-academic head.
