Capacity-building programme at DAV Alampur, Kangra

A three-day capacity-building programme for all teachers of HP-Zone B was conducted at the school. Principals of the cluster — Rashmi Jamwal (DAV, Rehan), Ekta (DAV, Tiara), Shekhar Modgil (DAV, Nagrota Surian), Anita (DAV, Gojju), Naresh (DAV, Pattajatiyan), Subhash Sharma (DAV, Bankhandi), and Dinesh Kaushal (DAV, Manai) — were given a floral welcome by ARO-cum-Principal Bikram Singh. Master Trainers and teachers from various DAV schools of Cluster-B attended the workshop under the guidance of Bikram Singh. The attendees were benefited greatly from the resource persons’ sessions on topics such as literature content, effective lesson planning, competency-based learning and teaching processes, projects, and portfolios.
