The workshop aimed to equip teachers with innovative strategies for creating joyful, engaging, and student-centric learning environments. The resource persons were Poonam Sharma, Principal, Shri Sukhmani International School, Dera Bassi, and Vandana Saxena, Principal, Learning Paths School, Sector 67, Mohali. They shared valuable insights on fostering positivity, optimism, and emotional well-being in classrooms while maintaining academic excellence. The workshop featured interactive activities to engage participants actively. The activity involved teachers introducing themselves and reflecting on the five domains of emotional resilience — self-awareness, self-management, self-motivation, relationship management, social awareness. Participants also engaged in practical classroom strategies and reflective discussions designed to nurture curiosity, creativity, and the holistic development of students. The programme was highly appreciated by all, highlighting the organisers’ efforts in providing a platform for professional growth. The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks, emphasising the importance of happy learning spaces in shaping confident and responsible future citizens.
