A special programme was organised at DAV Public School, Patran,  to mark the Children’s Day. Principal Navdeep Vishisht said as part of this programme, students from nursery to Class V presented a colourful programme. In addition, various tug-of-war competitions were organised for boys and girls from classes III to XII. The Principal congratulated the children on their special day and encouraged them to live a patriotic life, inspired by the life of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He also encouraged the children to remember the sacrifices made by the sons of Shri Guru Gobind Singh for the country, nation, and religion.
