Children’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy at PM Shri KV, Palampur. The programme began with an inspiring and heartfelt address by Laxman, PGT Hindi, who highlighted the significance of the day and encouraged students to cherish their childhood, cultivate positive values and nurture their talents. He officially inaugurated the Bal Mela, adding a formal and festive start to the day. Students of Balvatika III participated in a delightful fancy dress activity, confidently showcasing their vibrant and creative costumes. Primary students took part in energetic games such as “Keep the balloon in the air,” “Frog race,” and “Put on your shoes and run,” all of which fostered camaraderie and discipline. These activities kept the atmosphere lively and blended both traditional and innovative elements that everyone enjoyed. The much-anticipated Bal Mela brought even more excitement to the school grounds. Students from classes VI to VIII enthusiastically managed various stalls offering fun activities, games and snacks. The stalls provided a wonderful platform for students to demonstrate creativity, entrepreneurial skills and teamwork.
