Class II student sets 9 records in skating

Atharva Agarwal, a 7-year-old student at Billabong High International School (BHIS), Malad, has set an example by achieving nine different records in Longest In Pair Skatethon competition by skating for 81 hours non-stop. Atharva participated and showed his unbelievable skills in a competition organised by Shivganga Roller Skating Club at Belgaum, Karnataka.

Earlier Atharva made records such as Asia Pacific Records, Best of India Records, Asia Book Of Records, Indian Young Achiever Book Of Records, Global Records, National Records, Children Records, Best Of Asia Records and Extreme Records.

 Dr Madhu Singh, Principal, BHIS, Malad, said, “Atharva has truly set a benchmark for us in the way he has won a skating competition by setting many records at a time. We provide every student with a platform they need to engage and experiment and pave the way for students to do well in their academics with co-curricular activities. I congratulate Atharva for the outstanding records he has set in this competition.”
