DAV Public School, Palampur, Principal Dr VK Yadav inaugurated the two-day Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Mathematics (Secondary) Domain 2, being organised by CBSE COE-Panchkula (HR), at the school. The workshop is based on teaching skills in mathematics and about 60 mathematics teachers from various CBSE affiliated schools are participating in it. The workshop focuses on innovative teaching methods, hands-on activities and effective lesson planning to enhance student engagement and motivation in mathematics, in which resource persons Dr Artee Sharma and Taprav Awasthi, will help the participants by engaging and making the subject interesting through various activities. Principal Dr VK Yadav extended his best wishes to all the participants.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
