Under the aegis of Haryana State Bharat Scouts and Guides, the 75th Foundation Day of Bharat Scouts and Guides was celebrated with great enthusiasm. Various activities were organised on this occasion. Principal Rashmi Vidyarthi congratulated the students and teachers on the Diamond Jubilee Foundation Day of Bharat Scouts and Guides and adorned them with badges and told the students about related activities. Various activities like awareness rally for environmental cleanliness, tree plantation, cleanliness of school premises and surrounding areas, BP six exercise for healthy life, collection of books for the students through book bank and collection of rotis were organised. Information about Prime Minister Shield Competition was also shared with the students during the session.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
