DAV Public School, Chamba Mohalla, Hardaspura

To salute the undying attitude of Indians and to embrace our spirit of freedom, the school organised a vibrant and joyful event. The celebration commenced with a floral tribute to the legendary freedom fighters and solemn flag-hoisting ceremony led by Principal AK Guleria. A march past was taken out, followed by singing of the national anthem, instilling a sense of unity and respect for our country. Children participated in various engaging activities like yoga, ring dance, dramas, singing, poetry recitation, etc. The special highlight of the day was a drama enacted by senior students unveiling an act of how various freedom fighters fought the British army and sacrificed themselves to free India.
