The school offered reverence and salutations to Guru Tegh Bahadur, who sacrificed his life for the sake of humanity. The principal, teachers and students paid tributes to the great martyr who stood firm against tyranny. Kuvira Sodhi of Class X threw light on life history of the Ninth Sikh Guru. Kirandeep Kaur Bawa explained his childhood incidents showing his teachings, sacrificing nature since childhood and other important historic events of his life. Principal Vivek Tiwari said, “We remember the ultimate sacrifice of Guru Teg Bahadur, who gave his life to protect the rights of others.”
