DAV Public School, Rehan, celebrates DAV Foundation Day

The school celebrated DAV Foundation Day. A ‘Vedic havan’ was organised at the school, in which Principal Dr Rashmi Jamwal, along with all teachers and students, participated. They recited mantras and sang bhajans. Principal Dr Rashmi Jamwal paid tribute to Swami Dayanand Saraswati, highlighting his great contributions. A colourful cultural programme was organised, where students remembered the significant contributions of Swami Dayanand and Mahatma Hansraj in the uplift of the Arya Samaj through group songs, dances and a play. A quiz competition on the Arya Samaj was conducted. The principal congratulated everyone on the occasion of DAV Foundation Day and advised them to follow the path shown by the Arya Samaj. A ‘chhabeel’ was also set up on the school premises.
