A ‘Maha Yagya’ was organised at the school on Basant Panchami. During the offerings of the ‘Yagya’, the wish for the welfare of the nation, society and the world was proclaimed. Principal Dr Mamta Goel, students and teachers participated enthusiastically in the ‘Maha Yagya’ organised in the name of ‘Mangal Basant Arshivachan’. The ‘Maha Yagya’ started with the praise of God, auspicious wish for world welfare, ‘Tilak’ of the principal, teachers and students and DAV song. Wishing ‘Happy Basant Panchami’ to the teachers and students, Principal Dr Mamta Goel said, “With the grace of God, we all should continue to follow the ideology, teaching method and collective spirit of Vasudev Kutumbakam of the school in the same way in future as well.”
