The kindergarten students participated in a cleanliness campaign, “Swachata hi Sewa”, on Gandhi Jayanti. The event commemorated Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy of education, which emphasises the development of children’s physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. The kindergarten students kicked off the celebration with a vibrant march past, proudly holding placards and banners with inspirational quotes by Mahatma Gandhi. The young children sensitised others to transform the society adopting cleanliness everywhere. The children’s energetic chanting of “Thank you, Bapu” resonated on the school premises paying tribute to the Father of the Nation. The event highlighted the importance of Gandhian values, such as cleanliness, non-violence, truth, and self-discipline. The students were also explained the importance of instilling these values in their lives in order to lead an uplifted life. Managing Director of the school BB Gupta encouraged the significant move by the kids and urged them to follow Gandhian principles in life. The celebration concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Principal Vishali Kaushal, acknowledging the efforts of the students, teachers, and staff in making the event a success.
