Declamation competition at DAV Public School, Bharoli (Nadaun)

The school recently held an inter-house declamation competition on the topic “Drug Addiction,” encouraging students to speak confidently on this pressing issue. The participants delivered persuasive and well-researched speeches. In Group 1 (Classes IX-X), Pranshi from Patel House secured first place, followed by Mannat Thakur from Nehru House. In Group 2 (Classes XI-XII), Pragya Dutt from Nehru House emerged as the winner, with Adhishtha from Subhash House as the runner-up. Principal Surjeet Kumar Rana congratulated the winners and emphasised the importance of making informed choices and leading a drug-free life. He encouraged students to stay away from negative influences and commit to a healthy, purposeful lifestyle.
