Delhi Public School, Mohali

The school organised its annual function “Udaan — Sashakt Bharat ki Ore”, showcasing the country’s remarkable progress and advancements over the years. The event was held in two phases, catering to students from Nursery to Class IV and Class V to Class VIII. The function not only highlighted India’s significant achievements, including technological advancements, such as online payment systems, successful implementation of solar panels, impressive space endeavours, including the successful landing of Chandrayaan, but also celebrated the strength and resilience of Indian women and the unique cultural diversity of the nation. The annual function also included the annual prize distribution ceremony, which aimed to felicitate the achievers of the session 2023-24, recognising their hard work and excellence in various fields. The chief guests were Prem Kumar Mittal, DEO (Elementary Education), and Dr Ginni Duggal, DEO (Secondary Education), SAS Nagar, Mohali, who congratulated the students on their achievements and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence.
