Class IX students at Delhi Public School, Chandigarh, hosted their class show, featuring a 'Nritya Natika' titled 'Aamrapali - The Awakening of a Soul', during the Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony. The event was graced by a galaxy of Rotarians, including Abha Sharma, president, Rotary Club Chandigarh and APS Dhiman, former president. The programme began with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony. The age-old tale of 'Aamrapali' transported the audience to ancient Vaishali, narrating a journey from fame to faith through scenes and captivating dance performances. The event also marked the formal induction of new Interact Club members and the initiation of the Early Act Club, aimed at cultivating leadership and community service. Outstanding students were felicitated for academic excellence. The school director, Reema Dewan, praised the efforts of the achievers and commended the dedication of the participants in making the event a success.
