CRB Public School, Chandigarh, premises were beautifully decorated with colourful streamers and rangoli designs for the occasion. The programme commenced with the worship of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi, led by the school's Director, Naveen Kumar Mittal, and Principal, Sangeeta Mittal, alongside the Kindergarten students. This was followed by a series of vibrant cultural performances by students from Kindergarten to Class VIII. The school also organised various creative activities, including diya and candle decoration, wall hanging and toran making and a rangoli competition. The younger students enthusiastically participated in card making and diya decoration, while also performing dances and presenting a role play of Love and Kush. The event concluded with the children chanting "Jai Shree Ram", creating a divine atmosphere. In her address, Principal Sangeeta Mittal highlighted the significance of Diwali and encouraged students to celebrate an eco-friendly 'Green Diwali' by avoiding firecrackers. Director Naveen Kumar Mittal extended his warm wishes to students and staff, emphasising the importance of protecting the environment and celebrating a cracker-free Diwali.
