Doon Public School, Panchkula, hosted its much-awaited annual event, Endeavour 2025, showcasing a vibrant blend of culture, inspiration and national pride. The event witnessed the presence of distinguished personalities from the armed forces, civil administration and law enforcement, adding immense honour and value to the occasion. The event was presided over by chief guest General Ved Prakash Malik, former Chief of the Army Staff, an iconic leader known for his exemplary service and strategic leadership during pivotal moments in India's military history. Accompanying him was his spouse, Dr Ranjana Malik, former president, Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA), celebrated for her impressive social outreach and welfare initiatives for Army families. Srishti Gupta, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, graced the ceremony as the guest of honour. Also present was City Magistrate Jagriti, whose participation underscored the importance of administrative excellence and civic engagement in educational initiatives. The highlight of the event was the cultural fest titled "Yugantar - A Cultural Extravaganza," where students presented a spectacular array of performances ranging from classical dance forms and folk artistry to thought-provoking theatrical presentations, patriotic acts, and futuristic themes. Dr Ranjana Malik encouraged students, especially young girls, to pursue education with confidence and compassion, while appreciating the school's holistic approach. Guest of honour Srishti Gupta appreciated the students' creativity and expressed that such platforms play a vital role in fostering responsible citizenship and social awareness. The Dean, Director Principal, Principal and management of Doon Public School expressed deep gratitude to the dignitaries and lauded the students and staff for making the event a resounding success. Endeavour 2025 successfully blended honour, culture and youthful spirit - leaving a lasting impression on all present.
