Students celebrated Dasehra by participating in various fun-filled activities. In Buds 'n' Blooms, the kindergarten wing, the students took part in craft activities and created Dasehra-themed artworks. Meanwhile, in Classes I and II, a puppet show was organised, depicting the story of Lord Rama and the victory of good over evil. The students also visited the local Dasehra ground to see the majestic effigy of Ravana.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
