Doon Public School, Panchkula, organised a one-day capacity building programme (CBP) on life skills, aimed at equipping teachers with strategies to foster essential 21st-century competencies among students. The session was facilitated by CBSE empanelled resource persons Anupma Sharma and Sarika Malik, who shared practical insights on integrating advanced life skills into everyday teaching. Emphasis was laid on critical areas such as decision-making, emotional regulation, stress management and resilience-building. The interactive workshop featured activities, group discussions and scenario-based tasks, making the session engaging and reflective. Teachers actively participated and appreciated the actionable approaches to nurturing problem-solving, empathy and responsible behaviour in learners.
