The school marked the 92nd Indian Air Force Day with great zeal and patriotic fervour. The school’s NCC cadets took the lead in organising a ceremonial parade, showcasing their dedication, discipline, and respect for the armed forces. The cadets, dressed in their immaculate uniforms, marched in perfect harmony, paying tribute to the Indian Air Force and highlighting its significant role in safeguarding the nation’s skies. Officiating Principal Dr Ashish appreciated the efforts of the NCC cadets and encouraged all students to imbibe the values of discipline and perseverance. The celebration concluded with a motivational speech by cadets, followed by a tribute to the heroes of the air force who have dedicated their lives to the nation’s defence.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
