Teej was celebrated at the school. Students from Nursery to Class II participated enthusiastically in the event. The little ones captivated the audience with their mesmerising performances. The melodious tunes of Punjabi folk songs, energetic bhangra, rhythmic gidda, and the acting skills of the young artistes provided ample entertainment to the spectators. The group dance by Nursery students, in particular, left everyone applauding. Sarbjot, Archana, Amanpreet, Japneet, Umang, Afsana, Gurleen, Sabrina, Damanpreet, Raman, Kiratveer, Tegman, Puneet, Ramya, Karam, and Namra showcased their talent in gidda. Applauding the children’s performances, school Director Dr Simmi Tandon and Dr Ashish Tandon said, “Our young artists have proven today that talent knows no age. Such events play a significant role in the personality development of children.”
